He is a driven leader with extensive expertise in construction management, sales, and distribution in both domestic and foreign markets.

Javed M. Saeed

Mr. Javeed M. Saeed has led several projects by collaborating with high-performing cross-functional teams to achieve the company’s business objectives. These initiatives comprise key contractual partnerships for the licensing and construction of infrastructure and building projects. He has been instrumental in achieving the company’s performance targets on a consistent basis, while also being involved in the strategic development and execution of Abrar’s client relations initiatives, where he has nurtured and developed impactful relationships and is the driving force behind the culture of collaboration. His expertise includes finding growth possibilities, executing numerous business development initiatives both locally and globally, and directing teams performing multiple responsibilities in the implementation of major infrastructure projects.

Bilal Potrick

Mr. Bilal Potrick is responsible for creating the strategic agenda for Abrar’s top clients as well as utilizing commercial capabilities to satisfy the demands of local and international business as the Executive Director of Operations. His technical skills have been important in the total transformation of our construction processes, which has resulted in us becoming a world-class construction business that fulfills all regulatory criteria, resulting in a major improvement in overall construction quality

Ashiq Arif

With a Master’s from the UK and with more than 8 years of experience, he is presently in charge of all key business and project planning efforts, including assuring the accuracy of business and financial drivers, as well as the identification of risks and opportunities. During his tenure here, he has also been successful in coordinating all aspects of our Dubai Operations, including keeping in touch with Abrar’s contractors and partners in the UAE to efficiently manage the company’s vast construction portfolio.

Adil Al Zadjail has over 25 years of experience in HR and administration. He is currently the head of HR and administration for Abrar. Adil is a highly experienced and respected administrator who has a wealth of knowledge in the field. He is a strong leader and motivator, and is always looking for ways to improve the efficiency of his team. Adil is also a very effective communicator, and is always able to find the right words to get his point across clearly.

Hardik Hasmukh, is the Financial Controller of Abrar and has 15+ Years of experience in the field. He is responsible for the financial planning and management of the company. He oversees the financial department and ensures that the company’s finances are in order. He has a deep understanding of the financial markets and knows how to navigate the ever-changing landscape.
